Description:  One of Ron’s favorite colors is yellow. He often takes a trek to the beach, seeing his neighbor’s yellow umbrella deployed, always a welcoming smile to his face and the promise of another happy day.

About the Artist:  Ron is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Applied Design and Visual Arts, who following his studies had an impressive forty-eight year career as a Spacesuit and Space Shuttle Technician - responsible for suiting up the Apollo astronauts for their flights to the Moon.  He is also an accomplished artist, who paints with oil, acrylics, and watercolor, and has focused most of his creative work on the space hardware he worked with so closely.
