Description:  Inspired by Francesca's travels to Costa Rica and her unforgettable shark encounters around Cocos Island. “Cosmic Lovers” captures the raw beauty and rhythm of life beneath the waves. Here, hundreds of white-tip reef sharks emerge after dusk, sweeping through the reef in search of their favorite prey, the vibrant redlip parrotfish.

Above the surface, far from civilization, the night sky stretches endlessly, the Milky Way wrapping the island in a cosmic embrace. Whitetip sharks hunt and mate under starlit skies, the Milky Way above, a primal ballet below. This painting was born between starlight and sharklight. @francescapage
