Description:  As a North Florida native, my water contained all the detritus of the shifting silt of murky swamps and the tea-colored, brackish waters of the
bayou. This installation explores the "Middle Way" between the tangled, exotic weeds of our crystal springs and miasma at the edge of the Capital
city. By bridging the primal density of the Panhandle’s wilderness with the movement whether through limestone aquifers or high-rise corridors—is
a study or a homecoming— to the exoticism of the natural world, proving that dignity is found in the flows of the water, connections made, from the
deep swamp to the Gulf shore.
